Drawdown Brewing Company is a malt forward brewery. We have an IPA or two but our menu is largely populated with more malty options.

Let’s Gooo

Our flagship Cream Ale. This light easy drinking beer is a great accompaniment to any sporting event. There is no dairy in this beer, the name of the style is just meant to indicate a smooth / creamy mouthfeel.

Follow Your Dreams?

Our flagship Alt Bier. This malty well-balanced German brown ale is similar to an Oktoberfest or a Märzen. The Alt just originates from a different part of Germany, is lesser known but just as tasty.

Our flagship rotating NEIPA series. All beers are members of the House, each iteration brings different flavors and aromas to the main stage.

Our flagship Porter. This beer brings a nice dark roasty option to the menu board. It’s light enough to be enjoyed year round.

Seasonals

No Shade

This light and fruity American Wheat ale is a perfect beverage for warmer weather. All sun, no shade.

Glamorama

A Belgian Kriek cherry sour made with sour cherries for a little extra punch.

Boots with the Fir

A small batch experimental west coast pale ale that leans into dank spring aromas of fresh pine trees.

Nicol-Bock

This traditional Germain Maibock, brings a lager back to the board. Malty, with a deep golden color and a hint of sweetness. This beer is perfect to welcome warmer weather.

This comes in a variety of flavors, can be customizable to your taste.

A calendar of our special taproom events and larger sporting events that could modify our hours of operation. This calendar will reflect larger sports viewings but is not intended to cover everything.

The taproom is open to the public during all of these events.
